In some cases, you may want to pause data integration syncs. In some cases, contact management software may trigger an automated notification of new leads and you do not want to receive that until working hours. Quiet Hours allows you to set designated times when integrations with third parties are active.
Adding Quiet Hours
- Access the Data Integrations page under Settings & Help -> Options / Preferences
- Click QUIET HOURS in the top right hand corner
- Check Is Active
- Set the time that you want to start pausing the notifications in the Start Time
- Set the time you wish to resume the data integration in the End Time
- Set your Time Zone
- Click Save
